| WEBSITE UPDATES |
| 7/9/2006 - IMPORTANT UPDATE: As I'm sure it's become quite obvious to anyone who checks out the site, it's fallen into disrepair. I lack the time or energy to keep it updated anymore. Life has gotten too hectic. So what am I getting at? For now, Into-Obscurity.com is on a temporary hiatus. Since I don't have time to keep the site up-to-date, I'm going to work on re-writing the code so that the users/readers of the site can submit their own material. It will be a completely community-run metal resource in the future. There's no set date as to when this new version of Into-Obscurity.com will be done, but I will do my best to bring it to you as soon as I can. In the meantime, the site will remain open so that the messageboards and all that can still be used - but there will no (or at least VERY limited) updates to the reviews, news, etc. I want to thank everyone for their support over the years and hopefully you will continue to enjoy the new site once it's ready. | 5/29/2006 - 11 NEW REVIEWS: Thanks to some new help, we're able to bring you some new reviews finally. Highlights in this batch include new albums from The Acacia Strain, Darkthrone, Impaled Nazarene and Edguy, as well as a DVD release from Sonata Arctica. Check them all out. Half of the new reviews (Sonata Arctica, The Acacia Strain, Magrudergrind/Shitstorm and Korpiklaani) were brought to you by Erin Fox, an excellent writer helping out with reviews.
